Chairman of Rangs Group of Companies passes away

 

Akhter Hussain, founder and chairman of Rangs Group of Companies, breathed his last yesterday.

He was 72, said a press release.

He left behind his wife, son,  daughter, grandchildren, a host of relatives, friends and well-wishers to mourn his death.

His first namaz-e-janaza was held at Gulshan Azad Mosque after Asr prayers and the second janaza at his village home at Khaokhir in Nalchhity upazila of Jhalakathi.

Akhter was one of the forerunners actively working for the exceptional growth of the electronics industry in Bangladesh.
